Job vacancy Head of Technical - HVAC

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join a well-established company as the Head of Technical for the HVAC department . This role will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the HVAC operations and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a proven track record of leadership and project management.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage a team of HVAC technicians

- Plan and schedule works

- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

- Monitor and analyze HVAC performance data to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems

- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and customers

- Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to team members

- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology

Requirements:

- Leadership/Management experience in a technical role, HVAC operations highly preferred

- Able to communicate in Maltese and English

- Must be in possession of a clean driving license

- Strong leadership and project management skills

- Good technical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems

- Familiarity with relevant safety and regulatory standards

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Willingness to travel for project sites and client meetings
