Job vacancy Head of Recruitment and HR

We are looking for a Head of HR focusing on Technical Recruitment to join a growing team. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
• Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management programs that attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to leadership and employees on all HR matters.

Requirements:

• You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
• You are an expert in technical recruitment
• You have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that attract and retain top talent.
• You're capable of building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• You possess a strong understanding of employment law and best practices in Malta.
• You're a data-driven leader who leverages HR analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Fluency in English is a must; Maltese language skills are a plus.
