What's expected of you?

• Create and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's business goals
• Manage all aspects of HR operations including, recruitment, orientation, salary and benefits, administration, performance evaluation, and employee relations
• Work with senior management to design and implement talent management initiatives aimed at attracting, engaging, and nurturing top talent
• Stay updated on current HR developments and industry benchmarks
• Provide knowledgeable counsel and support to both employees and management concerning HR issues

 

What are you expected to bring?

• At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR leadership position 
• Previous experience within the Tech industry or similar
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing strategic HR projects aimed at attracting,recruiting and retaining top talent 
• Ability to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Proficiency in all areas of the HR process, including hiring and orientation through to performance assessment and staff relations
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and top practices in Malta 
• Be a forward-thinking leader who utilises HR data to guide strategic planning
• Great problem solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Maltese is an asset
