What's expected of you?

• Conduct quantity surveying and oversee the review of project drawings
• Manage project costs, ensuring budget adherence and addressing potential overruns
• Prepare cost analysis reports and advise on third-party quotations and market prices
• Perform risk management, cost control, and document project variances
• Collaborate with project teams to optimize costs and ensure quality services
• Supervise procurement schedules and the preparation of bills of quantities
• Coordinate site inspections and ensure timely collection of documentation
• Liaise with contractors and supervisors, maintaining professional relationships
• Drive process improvements and provide solutions for complex challenges
• Report progress to senior management and safeguard organizational interests
• Lead and participate in training programs to enhance team expertise

 

What are you expected to bring?

• An Advanced Diploma (MQF/EQF Level 4) in Construction Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or an equivalent
• Proven experience in engineering and quantity surveying
• Proficient user of Auto-CAD
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• A valid clean police conduct, not older than six months
• A maltese B driving license
