Job vacancy Accounts Executive

Are you passionate about finance and eager to advance your career? A leading franchise within the hospitality industry is looking for a driven and dynamic individual to join their finance team as an Accounts Executive. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in all financial matters.

 

What is expected of you?

• Handle bank statements and EPOS statements with precision.
• Manage and process payable invoices efficiently.
• Assist in the timely issuance of payments to creditors.
• Perform supplier statements reconciliation and maintain strong supplier relations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and manage day-to-day book-keeping tasks.
• Prepare audit support documents and liaise with auditors during the audit process.
• Provide support in various accounting tasks as required by the Director of Finance.

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new roles.
• Ability to adapt and perform a variety of roles as needed.
• What is in it for you?
• Currently halfway through ACCA qualification or equivalent level qualification in accounts.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
