Job vacancy Storekeeper

What's expected of you?

• Receive and organize raw materials, packaging, and other supplies
• Ensure accurate stock quantities and record data in inventory software
• Liaise with QA and Production for traceability and quality control
• Maintain records of waste, damaged, and rejected stock
• Rotate stock using FIFO method
• Conduct stock takes as scheduled by senior management
• Set and maintain stock par levels to ensure production is not compromised
• Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Keep stores organized and compliant with cleaning and storage procedures
• Coordinate product movement between Production and Distribution
• Assist Distribution as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management

What are you expected to bring?

• Previous experience in Inventory Management
• Familiarity with Stock Keeping, FIFO, Good Manufacturing Practices, stock rotation, and warehouse environments
• Strong analytical organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Maltese and English
• Competence in using IT equipment (Computer/Tablet)
