What's expected of you?

• Contribute to the development of the Financial Framework and conduct comprehensive system testing for new insurance projects from an accounting standpoint, emphasizing IFRS standards
• Implement and configure the Accounting System and related financial reporting sections to support specific insurance or financial projects
• Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reconciliation files outlining the work completed
• Oversee the processing of both manual and automated insurance postings for specific projects
• Establish and execute controls for business processes and data flows across various systems for designated projects
• Work with Project Product Owners and participate in project development meetings to identify necessary new controls and suggest enhancements for data transfer and manual processes
• Assist the Accounting and Controlling Teams with monthly closing activities where your controls and account management are applicable
• Support the Head of Financial Project Management with various ad hoc tasks and responsibilities
• Take part in the Control and Compliance Committee and the Risk Management Committee

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Fully qualified accounting professional
• Over 4 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Knowledge of IFRS 17 standards
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
• A keen eye for detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
