Job vacancy Head of Accounting

A boutique CSP is currently on the lookout for a Head of Accounting to join their growing team

Duties include: 

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants.
• Manage client relationships and oversee the preparation and review of financial reports.
• Coordinate multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the firm’s strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solution

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Fully Qualified and Warranted through ACCA or equivalent
