Job offer: Condominium Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Condominium Administrator . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of clients' condominiums, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the residents, and outside vendors to maintain the overall well-being of the properties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the general administration and management of the condominium community
• Maintain accurate records and files related to the property, including financial documents, resident information, and maintenance records
• Coordinate and attend annual general meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Communicate regularly with residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Manage the budget and financials of the property, including collecting fees and dues, paying bills, and creating financial reports
• Oversee maintenance and repairs of the property, including scheduling and coordinating with outside vendors
  
  Requirements:
• Fluent in the Maltese language
• Previous experience in property management or administration preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Must have a car and a clean driving license

The salary will be determined by the candidate's experience and the level of training required
