What’s expected of you?

• Managing the tour operator process including: creating invoices, handling client receipts, processing commissions for agents and vendors, and maintaining financial records while providing precise financial reporting to enhance operational efficiency
• Allocating receipts for tour operators
• Sending monthly statements to tour operators and following up with debtors
• Managing credit card payment collection, recording transactions in accounting systems, and appropriately allocating funds
• Performing monthly reconciliations for tour operator agents and online travel agents
• Conducting audits of direct bookings
• Overseeing group bookings and associated financial transactions
• Posting and allocating payments for bookings made through third-party operators
• Verifying commissions for third-party operators
• Performing any other duties as required by the role

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Minimum qualification of A-Level in Accounts
• Previous experience in accounts billing or related roles, particularly in the hospitality industry, is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Effective communication skills with both internal and external partners
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
