Job vacancy Junior in-house Legal Counsel (Part/Full time)

An international company is currently on the lookout for a Junior Lawyer to report directly to the Legal Manager. The ideal candidate would be working on part time basis or full time.

Duties include: 

• Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Support the legal department in compliance duties
• Organize and maintain legal files and documents
• Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal team

• Legal experience would be considered as an asset
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
