What's expected of you?

• Manage the warehouse efficiently, aligning with company values and vision
• Oversee incoming goods, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance
• Ensure efficient space utilization, and maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures
• Comply with warehousing, handling, and shipping laws
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data systems
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report to the CFOO
• Coordinate with clients and transportation companies, and optimize route planning
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance
• Recruit, coach, and motivate employees
• Produce regular reports and statistics and monitor service quality through feedback
• Utilize security systems and maintenance
• Ensure best practices in operations

 

What are you expected to bring?

• A minimum of five years' experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Energetic and enthusiastic leader, capable of motivating the team and foster a positive work environment
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases
• Quick problem-solving abilities and practical approach to daily challenges
• Commitment to maintaining health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
