What's expected of you?

• Lead the design, implementation, deployment, and maintenance of Cloud solutions across multiple public clouds (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
• Help shape the technology direction, vision, and strategy for Cloud adoption
• Develop and refine cloud architectures, roadmaps, and best practices
• Oversee Identity Management, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Document Management strategies
• Lead projects for business initiatives such as new office sites, store openings, and warehouses
• Develop and maintain cloud automation tools
• Recognize, assess, and resolve business issues, ensuring high service quality and availability
• Perform performance tuning, hardware upgrades, resource optimization, and data centre maintenance.
• Participate in workload automation design, implementation, and management
• Follow Change Management and Problem Management policies, with familiarity in ITIL or other IT operations frameworks

 

What are you expected to bring?

• A Degree in a Technology-related field
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise required; Cisco DevNet and CyberOps Associate or higher is a plus
• Linux certification (CompTIA LX0-104, LPIC-1, or higher) and Microsoft MCSA Core Infrastructure.
• Other Certification (Palo Alto certifications, Public cloud certifications, VMware certifications) are desirable
• A minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years with cloud platforms
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft and Linux systems, hardware, software, networking, and storage
• Experience with Azure AD DS, HyperV, and VMware
• Skilled in architecting cloud infrastructure for various scales (Azure, AWS).
• Broad experience in cloud adoption, server builds, data migration, and performance tuning.
• Technical expertise in Network, Storage, Linux/Windows, Java, .Net, and IT security.
• Experience with software-defined networking, security configurations, DevOps procedures, and Agile environments.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex distributed environments and providing strategic cloud adoption/migration advice.
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel and a valid driving licence
