Our client a leader in the Real Estate industry is looking for Sales and Rental Property Agents on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis to join their growing team
Responsibilities:
- Source and list properties for sale or rent.
- Create and manage property listings across various platforms, including online portals and social media.
- Organize and manage property viewings for interested parties.
- Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding property values, market trends, and legal requirements.
- Assist clients in understanding the terms of contracts and the legal aspects of transactions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to keep them informed of the status of their property transactions.
- Negotiate sale or rental prices and terms on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and present offers to property owners, ensuring that all legal and financial requirements are met.
- Oversee the drafting and finalization of contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Coordinate with legal professionals, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction
- Stay updated on current market conditions, property values, and new developments in the real estate market.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to determine the value of properties.
- Provide clients with market insights and advice to help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Handle any post-sale or post-rental issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Whilst proven experience as a real estate agent is an asset, training will be provided to candidates without experience
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Well presented and confident
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to communicate and write in English
