· Developing a strong relationship with prospects and clients.
· Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients effectively, showcasing their value propositions.
· Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that best meet client requirements when required.
· Composing tender documents and customer proposals.
· Wo rk in a team to help achieve departmental goals.
· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
· Stay updated with industry developments and continuously expand product knowledge.
· Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights.
· Operating a structured approach to addressing the market and pipeline. Including researching and prospecting potential new customers.
Requirements
· Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience selling technical products and/or software considered a plus.
· Experience with payroll, HR and/or accounting systems considered a plus.
· Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
· Possess good negotiation skills.
· Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Good command of the English language. Maltese language considered a plus.
· Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
· In possession of a valid Driving License.
· Meticulous and attentive to detail.
· Have a keen interest in technology.
· Appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
