We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join a dynamic finance team of our client in the Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Maintain and update financial records.
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of expenditure reports for management review.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Qualifications & Personal Skills:
- Diploma or equivalent in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Minimum A Level requirement in accounting.
- Proven experience as a finance clerk or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
