Job offer: Junior Lawyer

A boutique CSP is currently on the lookout for a Junior Lawyer to work on Corporate matters.

Main duties include: 

• Maintaining a portfolio of clients
• Assisting with the onboarding of clients, collection of due diligence document in liaison with the compliance officers
• Drafting of corporate legal documents 
• Oversight of all internal legal and regulatory matters
• Liaising with numerous regulatory bodies such as MFSA,MBR and FIAU as the case may be
• Providing legal, regulatory and compliance guidance to clients when required
• Providing legal advice to per client requests

• Minimum of 1-2 years of local experience in a related field
• Excellent communication in both Maltese and English
• Can work independently and within a team

• Master in Advocacy
