Job offer: Chief Officer - Parks Management & Servicing

On Behalf of our Client, Manpower is seeking to recruit a Chief Officer - Project Management & Servicing.The Chief Officer Parks Management & Servicing is responsible for the overall management, quality standards, security, maintenance, and servicing of all public spaces and parks within their scope and remit. He/she will also be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in maintenance and servicing, managing all resources within scope in the most efficient manner to achieve the desired outcomes.

About the Role:

As Chief Officer Parks Maintenance & Servicing, your tasks will include:

• Setting quality standards, service levels, and KPIs in the servicing and maintenance of public spaces and parks
• Managing budget allocations, scoping (people, process, and resources), quality, and optimizing resource allocation
  
• Taking ownership and responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the parks management function, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  
• Leveraging smart technologies and innovative approaches in the development and implementation of security and servicing standards in parks management
  
• Taking a strategic approach in the restructuring and re-organization of the parks management function to drive efficiency and quality
  
• Applying industry best practices to achieve high-quality standards that make a difference
  
• Providing ongoing reporting and KPIs (metrics) related to parks management.
  
  

About You:

• The role requires the possession of a minimum of a bachelors degree qualification (MQF Level 6) or higher as recognised and certified by the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC) in Business Management, Environmental Science or Engineering and/or a
  relevant field.
• You will also possess a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience in a similar role.
• If you do not have the necessary academic or professional qualifications but you have at least five (5) years working experience in a similar role, we would still be interested to consider you
