Summary
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Solution Engineer who is responsible for coordinating bid preparations by executing design tasks and compiling the required documentation for comprehensive submissions in a timely manner. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. The focus is on creating technical quotes and proposals for the company's firefighting and fire compartmentation systems, including sprinkler systems, gaseous suppression systems, and fire doors. This position requires strong sales skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication to achieve the commercial department's goals and collaborate effectively within the dynamic engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical and Commercial Solutions:
    • Design technically sound and attractive solutions that meet client requirements while ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget constraints.
    • Review and manage customer inquiries to develop feasible, costed solutions.
  • 2. Site Assessment:

      • Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate project feasibility and identify potential risks or challenges.

    3. Quality Control:

      • Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.

    Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role.
    • Experience in fire safety and security.
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
    • Valid Maltese driving license.
