Job Presentation

Our client is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their growing team and offer customer support mainly over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries and/or complaints
  • Communicating with customers through phone, email, social media and live chat.
  • Give customers appointments for their vehicle maintenance at the company’s workshop.
  • Participate in the processes that are required for the workshop to offer an excellent service.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Working Hours

  • Week 1: 07.30hrs till 16.15hrs
  • Week 2: 08.00hrs till 17.00hrs
Requirements
  • An O'level standard of education
  • Fluency in both Maltese and English
  • Computer literate
  • Experience working in a client-facing role
