Our client is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their growing team and offer customer support mainly over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and/or complaints
- Communicating with customers through phone, email, social media and live chat.
- Give customers appointments for their vehicle maintenance at the company’s workshop.
- Participate in the processes that are required for the workshop to offer an excellent service.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Working Hours
- Week 1: 07.30hrs till 16.15hrs
- Week 2: 08.00hrs till 17.00hrs
- An O'level standard of education
- Fluency in both Maltese and English
- Computer literate
- Experience working in a client-facing role
