Job offer: Operations Officer – Treasury

A well-established company in the financial services sector, part of an international Group, is seeking to recruit a proactive and professional Operations Officer in the Treasury department. What is expected of you?

• Oversee the daily management and disposition of group accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Perform detailed data entry tasks and maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the database
• Provide support in accounting processes for group companies
• Assist in the opening, closing, and administration of internal group bank accounts, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes
• Perform group treasury services, including the reconciliation of multiple bank accounts, to ensure consistency between internal records and bank statements
• Collaborate in the preparation of financial reports, gathering necessary data and ensuring timely submission for management review
• Address additional responsibilities as needed

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Strong time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Basic knowledge of SAP and standard accounting procedures, such as bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and vendor reconciliation, is preferred but not required
