What's expected of you?

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote brands, shops, and products in line with business goals
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and in-store promotions
• Manage PR strategies and coordinate with marketing agencies for creative content
• Oversee digital and social media strategies to maintain market presence
• Manage online shopping platforms and consumer initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of competitors
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
• Manage and optimise the marketing budget for cost-effective campaigns
• Use data analytics to assess campaign performance and refine strategies
• Build strong relationships with media, advertising agencies, and vendors to maximise promotional opportunities
• Stay current with industry trends and marketing best practices
• Manage social media platforms to increase market share
• Perform other related duties as needed

 

What are you expected to bring?

• A Degree level of education in Marketing or related field
• Previous experience in a Marketing role, preferably within the retail industry, is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business goals
