What's expected of you?

• Calculate and verify salaries, benefits, and deductions per company policies and legal requirements
• Ensure accurate data entry for payroll, including employee details and attendance
• Address employee payroll inquiries promptly
• Generate payroll and tax reports
• Assist with payroll tax calculations and compliance
• Audit payroll data regularly to correct discrepancies
• Support payroll system upgrades and process improvements
• Maintain relationships with payroll providers and vendors
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll matters
• Stay informed on payroll regulations and tax laws

 

What are you expected to bring?

• At least 1 year of experience in payroll systems
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient in Excel and other IT software
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
