What's expected of you?

• Manage the warehouse efficiently, aligning with company values and vision
• Oversee incoming goods, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance
• Ensure efficient space and resource utilization, and maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
• Create, implement and enforce operational policies and procedures
• Comply with warehousing, handling, and shipping laws
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data systems
• Investigate stock discrepancies and report to the CFOO
• Coordinate with clients and transportation companies, and optimize route planning
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance
• Recruit, coach, and motivate employees
• Produce regular reports and statistics and monitor service quality through feedback
• Utilize security systems and maintenance
• Ensure best practices in operations
• Ensure that productivity targets are achieved and that all logistics and warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently
