What's expected of you?

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and compliance with tender requirements
• Audit local and EU-funded projects, preparing and sharing reports
• Manage communication with stakeholders and provide updates to managing authorities
• Oversee the structural funds unit, monitoring progress and reporting on deadlines
• Ensure disbursement targets are met and notify managing authorities of changes
• Assist in developing policies and procedures for project management
• Present progress reports and follow up on project clarifications and expenditures
• Monitor KPIs and work programs to ensure performance goals are achieved
• Support in preparing budgets, work programs, and conducting audits
• Collaborate with teams, provide training, and assist with reports and other duties

 

What are you expected to bring?

• A Bachelor’s degree (MQF Level 6) in a relevant field
• A minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role; 5 years if lacking academic qualifications
• Strong integrity, work ethic, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage contract and project issues, especially in local and EU fund disbursement
• Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and reputational risks
• Experience preparing and organising audit documentation.
