Our client in the Information Technology Industry is looking to recruit a Technical Support Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line of support to employees onsite, and remotely with issues related to hardware, software and network.
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Assisting in the installation, configuration of computer systems, and IT hardware
- Managing user accounts, permissions and access rights
- Providing support for corporate applications of clients
- Assisting with network troubleshooting in terms of LAN/WAN, WIFI and VPN connections
- Ensuring that all IT security policies are followed, including antivirus management, and secure user access
- Supporting with the ticketing system
- Supporting in any day to day requests
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role locally
- Experience in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint and Azure
- Experience in Virtual Solutions and troubleshooting
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent will be considered an asset
