What's expected of you?
- Attend initial on-site meetings to understand project briefs, agreements, roles, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee progress during the implementation phase, ensuring that work aligns with specifications and the project schedule
- Prepare and submit Daily Site Reports for each project to update Project Managers and maintain accurate records for audits
- Identify and address any issues that could impact project progress
- Review and track the Contractor's Programme of Works, raising concerns about potential delays or unforeseen issues
- Ensure projects stay on track by monitoring progress, timelines, and budgets
- Collect necessary certifications and confirm all required forms and approvals are in place for project initiation
- Manage and report on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail across all
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with stakeholders as needed
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets
- Enforce and follow on-site Health and Safety protocols
What are you expected to bring?
- A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role
- Prior local experience in site foreman or project management, or leading hand in the Civil, Building & Finishes sector
- Ability to read project design drawings and technical specifications and prepare reports including briefs and photos
- A valid Driving Licence Category B
- Good communication skills, self-directed with a strong work ethic
