Job offer: IT Administrator

Our client in the Entertainment Industry is looking to recruit an IT Administrator to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and supporting in servers, networks and IT Infrastructure
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and network issues 
• Supporting in overseeing the backups, security protocols which include firewalls, antivirus and access controls
• Handling 1st and 2nd line of support for all related issues 
• Managing user accounts and permissions 
• Handling inventory of hardware, software and licenses
• Assisting with IT related projects 
• Supporting in the day to day duties 

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role locally
• Excellent written and verbal English and Maltese
• Knowledge in Windows/Linus servers, Active Directory and network protocols
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, Security protocols and monitoring tools

• Diploma Level of Education in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
