What's expected of you?

• Greet and assist passengers upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless boarding and disembarking experience.
• Handle luggage, including loading, unloading, and securely transporting passengers’ belongings.
• Provide personalised customer service, addressing any requests or needs passengers may have during ground operations.
• Coordinate ground dispatch preparation and logistics, including email communication, updating schedules, promotions
• Maintain vehicles and office space and oversee the upkeep and maintenance of office facilities, equipment, and company vehicles
• sure a high standard of professionalism with all  customers
• Collaborate with stakeholders and represent the company as needed

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide high-end service to the customers
• Capable of lifting and handling luggage safely
• Excellent communication skills, and fluency in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks while ensuring punctuality and efficiency
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of luggage and personal items
