Job offer: Machine Setter

We are looking for a skilled individual for the position of a Machine Setter to operate and set up machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently set up and prepare injection molding machines for production runs according to job specifications.
• Install and adjust moulds on the machines to ensure precision and quality.
• Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, cycle times) to optimize production processes.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Technical training or certification in injection molding operations is a plus.
• Strong understanding of plastic materials and their properties will be considered an asset.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with the production team.
• On-the-job training provided to familiarize you with our specific processes and machinery.
• Must be willing to work over time

The role is offered on Day Shift or Three-shift Basis

• Day shift Hours: 07:00hrs – 15:30hrs
• Shift pattern/hours: 06.00-14.00hrs, 14.00hrs-22.00hrs, 22.00hrs-06.00hrs
