If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join our client, a leading company in the iGaming industry in Malta, as a Casino Operations Specialist. What's expected of you?
- Review the current Casino offering and continuously update the shop window to maintain competitiveness and compliance with business goals
- Develop and improve processes to meet objectives and ensure compliance
- Address the department's current and future needs, reporting as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and collaborate with stakeholders as necessary
- Monitor the Casino product's performance and customer experience, acting as third-line support for customer service to ensure best practices
- Assist in planning campaigns, from concept to briefing, and coordinate post-analysis of KPIs
- Collaborate with the Casino Manager to shape product strategy, working with UX, marketing, and other teams to optimise the customer journey and advise on promotions and bonuses
- Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to ensure the product remains competitive
What are you expected to bring?
- Native Dutch is essential
- Relevant experience in the iGaming industry
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and coordinate projects from start to finish
- Well-organised and able to handle multiple projects at once
- Skilled in analysis and reporting, with a sound knowledge of MS Office
- Understanding and Optimising the key factors that drive product performance
