What's expected of you?

• Act as the key liaison between the online casino and Dutch players
• Deliver outstanding customer service to iGaming enthusiasts with professionalism and courtesy
• Manage customer inquiries and concerns through multiple channels, including email, chat, and phone
• Assist customers with product details, account management, and provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Address and resolve disputes, escalating issues when necessary
• Work closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure a top-tier player experience
• Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and regulatory updates within the industry

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Native Dutch and English proficiency are a must
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekdays and weekends
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A customer-focused approach, displaying professionalism and empathy
• Ability to multitask effectively, adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate well within a team
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
