What is expected of you?

• Co-lead the team based in Malta

• Oversee ongoing operations of various entities, including monitoring, problem-solving, and implementation

• Manage the group's investment portfolios, liaising with third-party investment managers and custodians, and participating in the investment committee

• Oversee the group's treasury function and liquidity

• Assist with corporate management and governance

• Prepare for and attend monthly board meetings

• Supporting the group's international tax matters

• Evaluating new business opportunities from financial and tax perspectives, and assisting in their implementation

• Leading various projects independently

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Degree or Masters degree in management or equivalent

• Keen interest in corporate and tax matters

• Ability to work independently in dynamic office environment with minimal supervision

• Proficient in both Maltese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying and seizing opportunities

• Solution-oriented, hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving skills

• Capable of exercising sound judgment and making well-informed decisions based on accurate and timely information and analysis

• Effective negotiation skills and a consistently positive mindset

• Eager to learn, adapt, and continuously develop professionally
