The Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting and executing the marketing strategy within the FMCG sector. This position requires a proactive individual with a good understanding of market trends, digital marketing, and brand management to help drive the company's visibility and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the respective Function Heads in implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and provide insights for decision-making.
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, ensuring they align with marketing objectives.
• Help maintain consistent brand messaging and visuals across all channels, ensuring the brand’s integrity.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging content, from blog posts to social media updates, that resonate with the target audience and support marketing goals.
• Work with internal teams, external agencies, and suppliers to support the execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in tracking marketing expenses and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Support the monitoring and analysis of marketing performance metrics, providing input for adjustments and improvements.
• Continuously develop marketing skills and stay updated with industry trends to contribute effectively to the team.

Requirements:

• A formal qualification in Marketing field and/or 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
