Job offer: Finance Assistant

Our client, a well-established company operating in the Insurance sector is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join their team. The chosen candidate will predominantly be managing the debtors cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the Debtors cycle
• Reconciling receipts and posting into the debtors system
• Maintaining good relationships with intermediaries
• Monitoring debtors balances and conduct monthly reconciliations of debtor accounts
• Compiling and prepare regular reports
• Helping out with debtor chasing when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as needed from time to time

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in accounting
• Previous experience dealing with debtors
• Assertive personality and able to work independently
• Fluent in written and spoken English

• A'level in Accounts or better
