What's expected of you?

• Lead the design of scalable solution architectures, develop comprehensive architectural blueprints and ensure that they meet the organisation’s strategic goals and best practices
• Oversee the design and development of digital solutions with a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring proper implementation of systems and workflows
• Manage and enhance workflows, functions, and configurations within digital solutions
• Provide technical support and operate the service desk using ITIL best practices
• Perform administrative tasks, resolve production issues, and take on other duties as needed
• Lead and motivate a diverse technical team, fostering innovation and accountability
• Ensure product quality and data integrity through collaboration with Data and Quality teams
• Explore and integrate new technologies that can enhance the organisation’s digital strategy
• Maintain detailed documentation of system architecture and workflows for future reference

 

What are you expected to bring?

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in implementing digital processes, workflows, or systems using Pega Systems, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce
• Experience in Java or Python and SQL scripting is a strong asset
• Ability to analyse complex processes and design effective solutions
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong collaborative skills, working effectively within teams and across departments
• Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and resolving issues efficiently
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs
