Job offer: Legal & Compliance Manager - iGaming

What is expected of you?

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with game providers, payment services, and third parties; manage contracts systematically.
• Protect brand and content by managing intellectual property (IP) rights, including registrations, renewals, and IP disputes.
• Maintain and obtain gaming licenses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (AML/CFT, Responsible Gambling, Data Protection, Consumer Rights).
• Research and monitor global regulatory updates in online gambling and licensing jurisdictions.
• Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Oversee regulatory reporting, liaise with authorities, and coordinate audits.
• Ensure compliance with terms, handle customer complaints and disputes, and guide resolution.
• Support cross-functional teams with legal guidance and conduct training.
• Assist with corporate structure changes and related matters.
• Manage operational legal topics, external legal services, and supervision.

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Qualified lawyer with experience in online gaming legal or compliance.
• Experience with European jurisdictions (Dutch market experience a plus).
• Knowledgeable in current laws, regulations, and compliance practices.
• Able to take ownership in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
