What's expected of you?
- Act as the main HR contact for your assigned business unit, offering advice, coaching, and guidance to management and employees
- Support managers with HR procedures such as disciplinary actions, grievance management, performance management, and absence management
- Coordinate with Occupational Health as needed to manage health risks
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in day-to-day employee management to reduce legal risks
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including visa applications for third-country nationals and overseeing staff training and development
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and ensure employees are informed about company policies
- Collaborate with the management team to identify employee development needs
- Ensure HR systems are up-to-date and accurate for efficient data management
- Contribute to weekly and monthly HR reports and support HR cycle processes, including pay and talent reviews
- Assist in reward activities such as job evaluations, recognition programs, and HR systems management
- Tailor internal communication messaging to meet the needs of your assigned teams
What are you expected to bring?
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong experience in HR practices including grievance and disciplinary procedures, employee relations, recruitment, training, compensation, and talent management
- Proven ability to implement business-driven HR practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- A proactive approach to resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
- Ability to manage and prioritise a challenging workload effectively
