What will be expected of you?

• Develop and refine a cohesive communications strategy, ensuring it aligns with organisational goals
• Create and manage an engaging internal communications platform with clear protocols
• Oversee media relationships, managing questions, interviews, parliamentary inquiries, and FOI requests
• Lead website and social media initiatives, producing high-quality, ongoing content
• Manage the company communications calendar, including all events
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including ministries and institutions, to coordinate and execute events
• Analyse public perception data to develop strategies addressing any public profile challenges
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through strategic engagement initiatives

 

What will you bring to the role?

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a communications role
• High levels of personal and professional integrity with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lead by example, setting high standards in all professional activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
