Job offer: Senior Risk Manager

Are you looking for a new challenge in the risk field? We are seeking to recruit a Senior Risk Manager for one of our clients, a corporate services provider. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to become Director of Risk!

 

What is expected of you?

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of risk and AML compliance specialists, currently composed of two professionals
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for team members, ensuring they remain up-to-date with regulatory changes
• Cultivate a culture of integrity and ethical standards within the team
• Identify opportunities to expand the firm's client base in the Risk & AML Compliance sector
• Develop proposals and lead discussions with prospective clients on AML/CFT advisory services and risk management consulting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high service levels and identifying opportunities for additional support

 

What are you expected to bring?

• A University degree or an equivalent qualification in a related field
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communications and business development skills
• The ability to work in a challenging environment and on their own initiative
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
