Job offer: Sales & Operations Executive

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Executive to join the dynamic team of one of our clients, a leading and well-know company based in Malta. What’s expected of you?

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, commercial clients, and municipalities to expand our client base
• Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through contract completion
• Actively promote our services, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility
• Oversee daily operations in collection, transportation, and disposal to ensure seamless service delivery
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental regulations and health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to maintain smooth and efficient operations
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and minimise environmental impact
• Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational capacity
• Prepare KPI reports and leverage data analytics to inform and enhance business decisions

 

What are you expected to bring?

• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or operations
• Diploma in Business, Sales, Operations, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting
