Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit an HR Executive to join our client team. As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role within the human resources team, closely collaborating with the HR Manager. This position focuses on managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting recruitment and retention efforts. Additionally, the role involves managing employee performance, identifying training needs, and participating in HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations by addressing complaints and grievances to foster a positive workplace.
- Support recruitment efforts through candidate identification, resume reviews, interviews, and extending offers.
- Conduct employee evaluations, provide feedback, and set improvement goals to drive performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees and act as an escalation point for critical HR issues.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, coordinating closely with line managers.
- Collaborate with management and employees to enhance workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with staff, fostering a respectful and professional culture.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a welcoming and thorough induction for new hires.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration, supporting payroll system setup and data migration.
- Manage payroll operations to ensure timely and compliant payroll services in line with relevant legislation.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
