What is expected of you?

• Analyse market data and category performance to uncover growth opportunities, adapting successful models to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with suppliers to develop strategies that boost sales, market share, and align with category objectives
• Stay informed on competitor tactics, products, and market strategies to maintain a competitive edge
• Build strong supplier partnerships through joint sales plans, brand alignment, and proactive communication on initiatives and outcomes
• Manage supplier budgets, fund allocation, and maintain consistent updates to strengthen supplier relations
• Equip and motivate the sales team with the resources and guidance needed to execute category strategies effectively
• Communicate plans clearly to sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless, high-quality implementation in-store and across channels
• Drive profitability through precise forecasting, budget management, and channel-specific proposals, while overseeing orders and stock forecasting

 

What are you expected to bring?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar commercial or business management role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
• Solid understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour
