Manpower Malta is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our clients dynamic sales team.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process sales orders received from customers and sales representatives, accurately and efficiently with the company's ERP software (Acumatica). Ensure that all order details, pricing, and product information are correct before processing.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while addressing customer needs, striving to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information. Keep track of sales records, invoices, and payments to ensure data integrity.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding sales processes, data privacy, and confidentiality. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation.
- Visitor Management: Greeting and assisting visitors, clients and guests and ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Identify potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Present, promote, and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct detailed show arounds to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms of agreements, pricing, and contracts.
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: In addition to the primary responsibilities, the role may involve performing various
ad hoc tasks as needed. - Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
