Job offer: Senior IT Officer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior IT Officer to ensure our client's seamless operation of IT systems, provide end-user support, and implement cloud-based solutions to optimize organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end-users.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management.
• Provide second-level support for cloud-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with the IT team to monitor and manage the performance, security, and availability of cloud infrastructure.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of cloud environments for various projects.
• Implement and maintain best practices for cloud security, data protection, and disaster recovery.
• Administer and optimize Atlassian Jira and Confluence products to support project management, team collaboration, and documentation needs.
• Manage Microsoft products such as Purview, Intune, and Exchange, ensuring proper configuration, compliance, and system integration.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies to recommend system improvements and optimizations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

• Minimum of 4–5 years of IT support experience, with a strong focus on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud).
• Experience within a Credit Institution or the Financial Services industry is considered a plus.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of network fundamentals and protocols.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, services, and best practices.
• Experience in scripting languages for automation and cloud resource management.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and containerization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator) are an advantage
