What's expected of you?
- Manage daily administrative tasks efficiently and effectively
- Perform due diligence and client data collection and processing
- Ensure that all secretarial documents are organised and recorded, following the company’s guidelines
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
What are you expected to bring
- Proven experience in an administrative role, performing due diligence and client data collecting and processing considered an asset
- Good understanding of financial principles is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent in both Maltese and English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar software
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Willingness to learn and attend courses if needed
