Job offer: Corporate Lawyer

Our client in the Corporate Services Industry is looking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

• Supporting with legal documentation and needs
• Taking a leadership role in managing clients, authorities and MBR
• Ensuring that all deadlines are met
• Supporting and understanding in the KYC and Compliance requirements 
• Assisting clients with corporate related queries 
• Understanding the duties on how the company can support and guide clients in promoting strong corporate governance practices
• Supporting with legal advice for internal matters as well as clients 
• Supporting in the day to day 

• A minimum of 2 years of local experience in a Corporate Legal role
• Excellent verbal and written English

• A Degree Level of Education in Law

• Flexible working hours
• Hybrid working after probation
