What is expected of you?

• Contribute to the management of the entire employee lifecycle, candidate attraction, full recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Coordinating with recruitment agencies, managing the Applicant Tracking System, and ensuring a seamless hiring and onboarding experience
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and legally compliant HR documentation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on company policies while promoting a culture of transparency and trust
• Oversee performance management processes, empowering employees to achieve their personal and professional growth goals
• Participate in exciting HR initiatives and support continuous improvement projects
• Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions and identify areas for growth

What are you expected to bring?

• A minimum of three years’ experience in an HR role, with proven success in recruitment
• A degree or equivalent qualification in HR or a related discipline
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with a keen interest in staying updated on HR trends and innovations
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in HR tools, data analysis, and software like Microsoft Word and Excel
• Outstanding communication skills in both Maltese and English, combined with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• A collaborative, team-focused attitude paired with a self-motivated and proactive work ethic
