What's expected of you?

• Lead and guide a team of Java developers, fostering collaboration and growth
• Oversee projects to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Provide mentorship, support, and direction to team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and deliver solutions aligned with business goals
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services using the Spring framework (including Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring AMQP, Spring Cloud, and more)
• Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently to maintain smooth project progress

 

What are you expected to bring?

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Extensive hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in the Spring framework
• Previous experience leading and managing a team of developers
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, principles, and best practices
• Experience working within Agile development environments
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities paired with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
