Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Fire Doors Project Manager to join our client's team.
The Fire Door Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of fire door installation. This role ensures the safety and regulatory compliance of fire door systems while managing project timelines and budgets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire door installation.
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies for all fire door projects.
Technical Oversight
- Ensure compliance with relevant fire safety regulations and building codes.
- Review and approve technical specifications for fire door installations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all fire door systems and their maintenance history.
Team Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
- Establish clear communication channels between all project stakeholders.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of all installations, inspections, and maintenance.
- Prepare regulatory compliance reports and maintain audit trails.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction projects or joinery works
